Parent Community Association

Our incredible Parent Community Association (PCA) is an invaluable asset, playing a pivotal role in fostering a strong sense of community and camaraderie within our school. Through their unwavering dedication, they actively volunteer their time and efforts around campus, organizing various events and initiatives that enrich the school experience for our students and teachers alike. Their collaborative spirit and tireless commitment truly exemplify the vibrant and supportive community at our school.

Our PCA Leadership Team

Hannah Hochstetler Breinig

  • Hannah Hochstetler Breinig and her husband, Justin, live in Estes Park with their two children, Parker (5) and Emily (2). Parker is in his fourth year at Mountain Shadows in the Golden Eagle class, while Emily recently transitioned into Red Fox. Hannah is passionate about building strong connections among families and fostering a warm, inclusive community within the school. She loves spending time outdoors, whether hiking Colorado’s long mountain trails or skiing with her family during the winter months.

Natasha Holmes

  • Natasha Holmes is a longtime friend and supporter of Mountain Shadows, with ties to the community that began even before she had children of her own. She and her husband, Duncan, are proud parents to Georgie (6), in the Prairie Dog class, and Lidey (4), in Red Fox. Natasha brings warmth, creativity, and a deep commitment to nurturing the school’s vibrant parent community. One of her many talents is baking, she’s known for making the best coffee cake you’ve ever had, and impressively, she can make it gluten-free and vegan!

Erika Magrisse

  • Erika Migineese and her husband, Wagner, moved from Brazil to Boulder in late 2024 and quickly became active members of the Mountain Shadows family. Their children—Noah (5) in the Golden Eagle class and Nina (2½) in Red Fox—both attended Montessori programs in Brazil before joining Mountain Shadows. Erika joined the PCA Leadership Team over the summer and has since become an integral part of our efforts to strengthen community connections. Her energy, kindness, and global perspective have been a wonderful addition to the team. Outside of school life, Erika loves running and can often be found training for her next 20K or marathon.
