Mountain Shadows Montessori School is the only Association Montessori International (AMI) school accredited school in the state of Colorado. History
Mountain Shadows was founded in 1976 as a private, non-profit school. It has grown from a small classroom of fourteen children operating in a rented church facility to a campus situated on twelve rural acres in beautiful Boulder, CO. We offer a comprehensive, accredited Montessori education of the highest quality to students ages 12 months through 6th grade.
